LEAGUE FORMAT

  • Championship format league

  • 6 weeks of games, playoffs, and Championship Weekend

  • 30 second shot clocks

  • (3) 13 minute period games

  • Certified box referees

  • NLL - Modified Rules

  • 10 second to get over mid-line

  • Over and Back

  • Seeds are determined by record, head to head, goal differential, goals for, and then goals against.

  • Boarded Sport Court Surface - Indoor / basketball shoes needed

  • HS Division Dates (9am - 2pm): Saturdays 2025 - Jan 4, 11 - Feb 15,22, - Mar 1, 8

  • Men's Division Dates (2pm - 4pm):  Saturdays 2025 - Jan 4, 11 - Feb 16, 23 - Mar 1, 8
    **Men's 2/16 & 23 are Sundays 945am - 1145am
