LEAGUE FORMAT

  • Championship format league

  • 6 weeks of games, playoffs, and Championship Weekend

  • 30 second shot clocks

  • (3) 15 minute period games

  • Certified box referees

  • NLL - Modified Rules

  • 8 second to get over mid-line

  • Over and Back

  • Seeds are determined by record, head to head, goals for, and then goals against.

  • Boarded Sport Court Surface - Indoor / basketball shoes needed

  • Dates: Saturdays 2024 - Jan 6, 13 - Feb 3, 10, 17, 24

  • Game Times: 8 am - 2 pm
